Raman T64000Raman microspectrometer T 64000 (Horiba Jobin Yvon)) enables both microscopic and macroscopic measurements using excitation lines at 488 and 514 nm in a unique experimental setup using a triple monochromator enabling measurements close to the excitation line < 5 cm–1) with the resolution better than 0.15 cm–1. It enables simultaneous measurements from 4 cuvettes in a temperature-stabilized carousel. |

Attenuated total reflection (ATR) measurements using diamond or ZnSe and reflectance measurements are also possible. |

Our labs are equipped with standard tools for handling biochemical samples, such as:
- Vertical electrophoresis unit Protean Mini (Biorad) for preparation of polyacrylamid gels for native/SDS electrophoresis of proteins and oligonucleotides
- Horizontal electrophoresis unit Protean Mini (Biorad) for preparation of agarose gels and the study of nucleic acids.
- Electrophoresis unit SE600 (Hoefer) with a built-in heat exchanger
- Transilluminator LMS-20 (UVP) using 254, 302 and 365 nm wavelengths
- Cooled centrifuge Micro 220R (Hettich) using exchangeable rotors for 1.5, 15 and 50 ml tubes
- Vacuum concentrator/lyophilisator CoolSave(Eppendorf/Scanvac) using a 4 l condensor and teflon surface for lyophilisation of aggressive acids
- Thermomixer Confort (Eppendorf) for samples in 0.5, 1.5, 5, 15 and 50 ml tubes
