Fields of interest and research experience:
- steady–state and time–resolved fluorescence spectroscopy (confocal laser microspectrofluorimetry) and fluorescence imaging
- work with living cell lines (penetration study of the modifed oligonucleotides inside cell and cytotoxic effects on cells incubated with antitumor and antiretroviral drugs )
- Raman spectroscopy techniques (classic, resonance, surface–enhanced) and microcalorimetry applied to study of biomolecules (nucleic acids and proteins) and their interactions with antitumor and antiretroviral compounds)
